Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Research analyze and reconcile credit balances on accounts with precision.
- Initiate refund requests when appropriate ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with supervisors to address incorrect contractual adjustments resolving underlying issues.
- Proactively respond to third-party inquiries diligently working to resolve credit balance circumstances.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all refund-related processes ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement revenue cycle management or related fields.
- Comprehensive understanding of refund processes within the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting healthcare data and reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills fostering effective collaboration.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a dynamic fast-paced team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving ensuring accuracy in every task.
