This engineers work will impact the success of some of Apples most visible current and future features.
8 years experience in data processing ecosystems
Coding experience in Java/Scala/Go preferably with critical large-scale distributed systems
Experience in designing and developing stateless APIs using HTTP and similar protocols to support service-oriented software distribution across multiple cloud environments
Ability to design large-scale complex applications with excellent run-time characteristics such as low latency fault-tolerance and availability
Understands MPP Query Engines like Trino and StarRocks etc.
Bachelors degree or Masters in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent
Experience with contribution to Open Source projects is a plus
Experience with multiple public cloud infrastructures is a plus
Experience in cluster management/orchestration software like Kubernetes Spinnaker Helm charts Docker is a plus
A learning attitude to continuously improve the self team and the organization
Deeply concerned about excellence and quality
Loves fast-paced environment and learning new technologies
