All about the role:
The Service Specialist will focus on tracking open services in the warranty management system to ensure their closure according to the performance indicators established by the Consumer Care area. The Service Specialist will demonstrates strong communication skills critical thinking and a customer-centric approach with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Where youll be:
This role is located in Puerto Rico
What youll do:
Daily management of the database of open service cases and warranty management.
Communication with various departments to find solutions for open cases.
Proactive communication with end customers to provide updates on case status.
Manage technicians routes and service centers.
Execution of follow-up meetings with regional service providers.
Weekly reporting on status and performance indicators of the Field Service area.
Support and follow-up on highly complex cases ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers to inform them of case progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree required a bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer service and Excell database processing.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
