Job Description

- Checks for parts against the sales order to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Prepares BOL and verifies shipment with drivers to ensure clear audit trail.
- Take pictures of the parts at various stages of packing.
- Responsible for part preservation while in transit.
- Uses ERP software to complete shipping status.
- Other duties may be assigned including warehousing and light shipping duties.
- Attention to detail and quality focused.
- Knowledge in the use of hand and power tools.
- Must be safety conscious.
- Good computer skills.
- Be able to meet Customer Service expectations.
- Freight packaging experience.
- Knowledge of ERP system.
- Shop environment.
- Steel-toed work shoes and safety glasses required.
- Lifting requirements of up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to be PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certified.
- Standard 8-hour shifts 150% paid anytime over 8 hours daily hours over 45 in a week are paid as double time
- Shift availability standard schedules shown below
- First Shift 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Monday - Friday
- Second Shift 3:30 PM 12:00 AM Monday Friday 12.5% Shift Premium
- Third Shift 11:00 PM 7:00 AM Sunday Thursday 7.5% Shift Premium
