What Youll Do:

  • Engage with customers via phone internet and text providing timely and informative responses to their inquiries.
  • Master our proven sales process and scripting to effectively guide customers through their vehicle journey.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our vehicle lineup services and dealership policies to confidently address customer needs.
  • Set and achieve personal goals that align with dealership productivity requirements.

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a BDC or similar sales role preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • A passion for cars and a genuine desire to help customers find their perfect vehicle.
  • A strong work ethic and a team-player mentality.
