As a Lead Software Engineerat JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Technology Office you lead a technical area and drive impact within teams technologies and projects across departments. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of software applications technical processes and product management to drive multiple complex projects and initiatives while serving as a primary decision maker for your teams and be a driver of innovation and solution delivery.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5 years applied experience
• 10 years of software engineering experience with firm understanding of various design patterns cloud native microservices architecture and engineering practices
• Strong experience working with Java Spring Boot and Oracle along with good understanding of pypi nuget npm and maven build tooling
• Comfortable in more than two programming languages with a strong understanding of fundamental web/internet technologies.
• Experience with both Private and Public clouds ranging from IaaS to PaaS solutions. Hands on experience with Docker Kubernetes AWS EKS and ECS is required
• Practical experience with unit testing using tools like JUnit and Mockito
• Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists
• Experience with hiring developing and recognizing talent
• Expertise in Computer Science Computer Engineering Mathematics or a related technical field
