Job Summary
The Humanitarian Services division of the Welfare and Self-Reliance Services department seeks a skilled professional to develop test and launch city youth inter-faith and corporate solutions that address local needs. This role leads efforts to enable local JustServe specialists to enhance JustServe offerings. The goal is to promote self-reliance and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global and regional trends to identify community needs barriers and potential solutions.
- Develop test and refine program concepts and prototypes in partnership with internal departments and area representatives.
- Create resources and deliverables for internal and external audiences to support program goals.
- Design sustainable volunteer-driven programs that increase engagement and address priority community needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field.
- 7 years Program and/or Project Management experience.
- Makes informed complex decisions using data.
- Understands and manages medium to large business operations.
- Leads medium to large teams and projects using influence.
- Champions process and policy.
- Delivers results in a matrix organization.
- Presents and communicates effectively with senior-level leaders.
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
Preferred:
- Masters degree.
Product Management experience.
