Job Summary

We have an opportunity to join our busy Maintenance Re-Let team as an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Person.

You will be preparing residential properties for re-let to a good standard and to timescale as a quick turnaround is essential. This includes all aspects of carpentry and a high level of attention to detail.
You should be able to work alone or as part of a team producing good quality workmanship and have the necessary skills to undertake whatever work is required from a re-decoration through to a complete refurbishment.

Responsibilities:

Carry out planned maintenance work (carpentry tiling roofing basic plumbing basic electrical guttering decorating plastering kitchen and bathroom refits and more) to residential managed properties
Carry out fault finding and leak investigations
Carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigations

Requirements:

Work effectively as part of a team and individually
Minimum of 3 years experience
Comply with Health & Safety systems and responsibilities
Complete reports and paperwork as required

This position is subject to references and a basic level DBS check.

A vehicle will be provided so a full driving licence is required along with your tools (option to purchase tools via Company Tool Club Scheme).
