Job Description
Join Our Team as a Locum OB/GYN in Williston ND!
Summary:
This exciting locum position offers the chance to work at a premier healthcare facility in Williston North Dakota. The practice involves both clinic and operating room duties with a focus on womens health and OB/GYN services. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care to the community. The schedule runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM two to three weeks per month with no call requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Treat patients by performing clinical procedures consistent with your licensure and specialty.
- Maintain detailed medical records and prepare necessary documentation.
- Participate in professional development activities including seminars and conventions.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to provide care coverage as needed.
- Supervise mid-level providers nurses and other clinical staff.
- Engage in community service activities to promote health education.
- Participate in hospital credentialing and peer review activities.
- Maintain compliance with medical documentation requirements and standards.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN REQUIRED
- North Dakota Medical License or IMLC (License of Qualification in hand) REQUIRED
- Completed residency or fellowship in OB/GYN REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice history at the time of credentialing REQUIRED
- Current certifications in ACLS BLS and DEA REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
- ND Medical License (or ability to obtain before start date)
- ACLS Certification
- BLS Certification
- Board Certification in specialty field
- DEA Registration
