Job Description

Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED. Patient Experience requirements: AIDET Respectful behavior Pt Experience to each patient Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visitHospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLS before starting dateon hireBLS before starting dateon hire PALS before starting date on hireTNCC before starting date on hireCPI before starting dateon hireNIHSS before starting dateon hireENPC within 90 days of hire Hiring profileRequested Skill Set: 2 years experience in Level 2 trauma center comprehensive stroke center high volume > 100000 visit ED. Previous HCA experience preferred. Must have: 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting teamwork mentality ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED. Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Certifications Required: See above Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy scrubsUnit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
