Job Description
- Manufacture therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions.
- Execute process recipes and follow written procedures (SOPs).
- Set up operate and monitor production equipment and processes including CIP and SIP operations.
- Report production activities in written and electronic documents per GMP and GDP standards.
- Review documentation as appropriate.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks (pH conductivity testing product sampling etc.).
- Demonstrate aseptic technique in handling products and materials.
- Perform material movements including transfer of raw materials and chemicals within production areas.
- Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization; support 6S programs.
- Attain qualification for assigned tasks and maintain individual training plan.
- Participate in administrative tasks such as shift exchanges meetings emails and assigned projects.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (AS/BS in a science-related discipline preferred).
- 0 3 years experience (prior manufacturing experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of cGMP compliance (to be attained during training).
- Knowledge of good documentation practices (GDPs).
- Ability to perform laboratory techniques (pH conductivity sampling).
- Demonstrated aseptic technique in handling materials.
- Proven logic and decision-making abilities.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
