Job Title : IT Support Specialist (Level 2 Help Desk O365 Active Directory VMware Workspace1)
Location: Albany NY(Onsite)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience providing Level 2 help desk support with a strong hands-on and end-user-focused approach.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues including troubleshooting Windows 11 operating systems.
- Experience installing configuring and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook in an enterprise environment.
- Proficient in the use of Lansweeper Remote Desktop and Active Directory for system support and management (all three tools required).
- Experience utilizing ITSM service desk platforms for incident and request management.
- Skilled in configuring and installing Windows-based hardware software peripherals network printers and thin clients.
- Experience performing system imaging and capable of lifting and transporting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Experience supporting and administering RSA Console and Workspace ONE environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience assisting users via phone email and in-person support channels.
- Hands-on experience using VMware vSphere to support and manage virtual desktop environments.
