Responsibilities:
Experience in Design and development of seating systems using CATIA V6/ 3DExperience software
Participate in Concept developments design and assembly activities
Experience in hand calculations
Experience on new project launch
Hands on experience in DFA DFM evaluations for structural components
Relevant experience in Master sections Vehicle integration Vehicle Packaging Concept creation assembly processes for various seat parts
Hands on experience on FMVSS & ECE regulatory studies
2D drawings creation with suitable tolerance scheme.
Experience in release of 3D parts & 2D drawings in 3DX PLM
Working with Tier-1 for acceptance release & improvements
Work experience in Catia V5/ V6 tool
Collaborate with Cross-functional teams
Co-ordinate with supplier resident engineer if required
Requirments:
Must have Automotive Seating domain experience.
Experience in Automotive Seating development
BE or BTech / M.E in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Proficiency in Catia V5/V6/3DX JIRA Confluence and Microsoft Office.
Experience with 3D printing and MATLAB is preferred.
Team player who is self-motivated and takes ownership of responsibilities.
Agile in learning new and advanced skills.
Possesses self-confidence.
Works well in teams.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is a must.
