Job Title : Power Platform & AI Solutions Engineer (CAD/PLM)
Job Type : W2 / C2C
Experience : 9-15 Years
Location : Redmond Washington
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience (e.g. 3-5 years) in developing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered agents using Co-Pilot Studio integrating them with relevant business applications.
- Experience with data modeling integration techniques (e.g. APIs custom connectors) and database management systems (SQL Server Dataverse).
- Strong understanding and experience with Azure AI services and the Azure AI Factory ecosystem.
- Familiarity with engineering programs such as CAD (e.g. SolidWorks NX CAD) PLM (e.g. Teamcenter Windchill) and Mechanical Design principles.
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform AI or Azure are a plus.
- Design develop and deploy robust and scalable solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Specialize in the creation and optimization of AI-powered agents using Co-Pilot Studio integrating them with existing applications and data sources relevant to Mechanical CAD and PLM workflows.
- Leverage Azure AI Factory and other Azure AI services to build train and deploy advanced AI models that enhance agent capabilities and provide intelligent insights across engineering programs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams (Mechanical CAD PLM etc.) to gather requirements understand workflows and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Power Platform solutions engineering applications (CAD PLM) and other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of AI-powered agents within engineering teams providing training and support to maximize efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform AI technologies (including large language models) and engineering software to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure the security governance and compliance of Power Platform and AI solutions adhering to best practices and organizational policies.
- Potentially work with stakeholders to write software and perform data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
