Job Description
General Labor Grand Prairie TX
Starting Pay: $17.00/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday Friday 5:00am 3:30pm (OT & weekends as needed)
Thompson Pipe Group is hiring General Laborers to support our concrete manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role working with tools materials and concrete products in an outdoor/industrial environment.
What Youll Do:

Assist with concrete finishing patching grinding and cleaning
-
Use hand and power tools to complete daily tasks
-
Install rebar plates anchors insulation and other materials
-
Operate forklifts (with training) and perform pre-op inspections
-
Maintain clean safe work areas and follow all safety procedures
What Were Looking For:
-
1 2 years of construction landscaping or manufacturing experience (concrete finishing preferred)

Ability to lift 35 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions

Comfortable with hand tools and physical labor

Safety-first mindset and reliable attendance
