Job Description
Location: Minneapolis MN (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
- Consult on complex large-scale software engineering initiatives with broad enterprise impact.
- Review analyze and resolve multi-faceted ServiceNow challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technical and business factors.
- Establish and enforce standards best practices and governance for ServiceNow development across the enterprise.
- Design build implement and maintain ServiceNow platform technologies workflows integrations and portals.
- Develop and maintain scripts workflows and automations to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders risk and compliance teams and technical peers to ensure alignment with policies and requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on the team.
- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear business-friendly manner.
- 5 years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent via work consulting training or education).
- 3 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience (implementing building and maintaining workflows and integrations).
- 2 years of JavaScript development.
- 2 years of RESTful or SOAP web services integration experience.
- 2 years of Agile methodology experience.
- Valid ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification (mandatory).
- Strong coding skills and willingness to be hands-on in development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire self-funded).
- Experience with EC Pro (Employee Central Pro) framework.
- Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications.
- Experience in portal development within ServiceNow.
- Advanced problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Prior Wells Fargo experience (include managers name if applicable).
- Experience mentoring junior developer
