Job Description
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design implementation and management of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation monitoring and cloud-native systems and will work closely with software development QA and operations teams to ensure reliable secure and scalable delivery of applications.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management Design implement and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or GCP).
Automation & CI/CD Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Configuration Management Use tools such as Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration.
Monitoring & Performance Implement monitoring logging and alerting solutions (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack Datadog) to ensure system health and performance.
Security & Compliance Apply security best practices for infrastructure access control and application deployments.
Collaboration Work closely with developers to streamline deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in staging and production environments.
Incident Response Lead root cause analysis post-mortem reviews and system recovery procedures.
Innovation & Best Practices Stay updated with industry trends and drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong experience in DevOps Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Proven track record of managing complex high-availability systems in production.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform Ansible CloudFormation).
Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions Azure DevOps).
Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash Python Go etc.).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog).
Understanding of networking security and load balancing in cloud environments.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
