Job Description

As a Key Account Coordinator/Product Management you will be the operational backbone for one of the brand accounts. This role blends inside sales support production coordination and client communication ensuring that every order runs smoothly from concept through delivery. You will be the point of contact for this client while working closely with internal teams (sales design production logistics suppliers) to manage timelines artwork approvals purchase orders and production flow. The position includes a base salary of $70000 to $80000 plus bonuses and additional perks!

THE LOCATION

  • Office location North York ON
  • This is a hybrid role - average about 2 days work from home/3 days work from the office

THE PRODUCT/SERVICE

  • Custom apparel design production decoration labels & finishing and fulfillment & E-Commerce

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

All industries including but not limited to collegiate corporate food and beverage entertainment retail and private labels. Primarily selling to Marketing Manager Purchasing Manager and Buyer.

THE POSITION

As a Business/Production Operations Coordinator you will be the operational backbone for one of the brand accounts. This role blends inside sales support production coordination and client communication ensuring that every order runs smoothly from concept through delivery. You will be the point of contact for this client while working closely with internal teams (sales design production logistics suppliers) to manage timelines artwork approvals purchase orders and production flow.

SALES CYCLE & PRODUCT VALUE

  • Average sales cycle: 3-6 weeks
  • Average product value ranges from $5K to $10K

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES

  • Serve as the daily point of contact for the assigned brand account providing product knowledge and professional communication.
  • Review client orders and artwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand or licensor guidelines.
  • Coordinate production schedules with clients suppliers and internal teams tracking orders from start to finish.
  • Monitor inventory levels and arrange raw material orders as needed.
  • Provide clients with proactive updates on order status approvals and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any production or delivery issues quickly to minimize delays.
  • Collaborate daily with sales design production and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Support sample proofing licensor approvals and maintain accurate records of production activity.
  • Assist in developing new product offerings improving processes and creating standard operating procedures.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • 5 years of Production Coordinator or Operations Coordinator or possibly an Inside Sales/Account Manager experience
  • Industry experience in the apparel & fashion or promotional products industry is ideal
  • The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of print parameters embroidery and all the elements involved in building a purchase order (PO) for custom products.

EDUCATION

Post-secondary degreeor professional equivalent.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Online screen sharing
  • Social media savvy
