Position Description
The Pharma Analytics business unit focuses on developing products for QC release of biopharmaceuticals across the bioproduction workflow through applying different analytical technologies. The Director R&D will drive the innovation strategy and roadmap development lead and develop the R&D teams involved in early research NPI projects and application development. Actively identifies and drives development of internal and external technology platforms which add to the BUs capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $192100.00$275000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
