Technical Data Analyst
Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS) is an innovative small business providing IT and management consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government and commercial clients. We have unique strengths in complex cross-organizational solution analysis design development implementation and change management supporting enterprise requirements. *Note: This position is pending award and selection therefore is contingent in nature. This effort is estimated to be awarded in late September with a start date ranging from early to mid-October. The duration of this effort is 6 months.
RCS is seeking a Technical Data Analyst to be responsible for gathering profiling and analyzing HR/payroll data to assess its quality integrity and readiness for migration or modernization.
This position requires the candidate to meet specific Security Clearance obligations (Public Trust) to work onsite in Washington DC with flexibility for remote work subject to organizational approval. Relocation assistance is not available. U.S. Citizenship required.
What you will do:
- Supports requirements documentation by developing data-driven insights analyzing information systems and ensuring technical feasibility for proposed solutions.
- Leads or supports the market analysis of potential COTS HRIT solutions and contributes to the development of alternatives analysis deliverables.
- Participates in client interviews working sessions and presentations as needed.
- Ensures all findings technical details and data assessments are accurately documented and quality-controlled in contract deliverables.
Required Qualifications/Education:
- Clearance: Active Public Trust security clearance or the ability to obtain particularly within the Library of Congress.
- Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with HR/payroll data analytics systems analysis and data migration/integrity assessment.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL) and federal IT system standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Experience supporting federal consulting or transformation projects preferred.
