Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging high-quality game presentations as the companys on-screen representative
- Maintain a polished professional appearance in line with brand standards
- Showcase exceptional presenting skills while engaging and entertaining players
- Remain focused and aware of performance metrics to ensure quality and consistency
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to support the companys growth
- Handle game-shuffling duties accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Fluent Turkish speaker (C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong on-camera presence with enthusiastic outgoing energy
- Ability to maintain high performance during long or animated sessions
- Flexible and able to work rotating 24/7 shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure with excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
