Job Description

3cRGH is a specialist construction recruitment firm working exclusively with a leading international civil engineering contractor on their Hong Kong projects. Our client specializes in large-scale infrastructure development including roads bridges drainage systems and foundation works with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects to the highest standards.

Commercial Manager (Roads & Infrastructure Projects)

Salary: HK$/month 13-month guaranteed bonus

About the Role:

  • Lead commercial strategy for major civil infrastructure projects ensuring financial control and contract compliance across all project phases.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • 15 years experience in civil infrastructure (roads/bridges preferred)
  • MRICS or HKIE qualification preferred
  • Expert knowledge of FIDIC/ECC contracts
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all commercial aspects of HK$500M projects
  • Manage claims variations and final accounts
  • Lead procurement strategy and tender evaluations
  • Mentor junior QS team members
