About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing European fintech transforming financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Were seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between marketing and sales. Youll play a key role in empowering our commercial teams with impactful content high-conversion campaigns and strategic programs that drive revenue across Europe. Reporting to the CMO and collaborating closely with the CRO you will translate product value into compelling sales narratives that accelerate deal velocity and position our client as the leading financial partner for SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain an arsenal of sales assetspitch decks battlecards case studies and moreto empower Sales with the right tools.
- Training & Enablement: Craft training programs and workshops to onboard and upskill Sales teams on product updates features and customer personas.
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with Growth Lifecycle and Sales Ops teams to enhance lead generation qualification and conversion strategies. Improve MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-win rates.
- ABM & Segmented Campaigns: Design Account-Based Marketing initiatives targeting key industries regions or customer segments with tailored content and strategies.
- Messaging Consistency: Ensure a unified compelling value message across all customer touchpoints working closely with Product Marketing Brand and Comms teams.
- Event & Webinar Support: Create sales-focused collateral for pre- during- and post-event campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
- Feedback Loops & Insights: Be the voice of the commercial team within Marketing gathering feedback on objections positioning and buyer behavior to optimize campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and agencies (UA Design Lifecycle) to execute go-to-market strategies and elevate lead quality.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 6 years in sales marketing B2B product marketing or enablement roles ideally in fintech SaaS or CRM-heavy industries.
- Sales Fluency: In-depth understanding of the B2B sales cycle buyer personas and lead qualification.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strategic Messaging: Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills that support both early- and late-stage deals.
- Data-Driven: Ability to interpret performance metrics and turn them into actionable sales tools.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong coordination and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Languages: Fluent in English (additional European languages like German French Italian or Spanish are a plus).
- Management: Experience managing teams or agencies is a plus.
