Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to design implement and maintain our organizations IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability security and performance of systems while supporting business-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Design deploy and maintain servers storage networks and other IT systems.

Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to optimize reliability and efficiency.

Implement and maintain backup recovery and disaster recovery processes.
-
Manage user accounts permissions and access controls across systems.
-
Collaborate with IT development and security teams to implement infrastructure upgrades migrations and optimizations.

Ensure compliance with security policies regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
-
Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations procedures and workflows.
-
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance scalability and security.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience as a Systems Engineer Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux) networking and virtualization technologies (VMware Hyper-V).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.

Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell Bash Python).

Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator AWS Certified Solutions Architect CompTIA Network or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).

Experience with monitoring logging and performance optimization tools.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
