Were looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on operator to own the rollout and evolution of new media channels for a leading retail group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity technology and commerce.
Manage a portfolio of in-store and digital retail media products from concept to optimisation
Work closely with external tech providers creative teams and operational departments to ensure seamless execution
Identify and pilot new media formats that engage shoppers and deliver measurable commercial returns
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to ensure our proposition remains market-leading
Use campaign performance data and stakeholder feedback to refine media products and processes
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Degree-level qualification in Marketing Business or related field
3 years in retail media
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of retail media across physical and digital channels
