Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment as outlined in SOPs and batch cards.
- Perform all job functions in accordance with all established safety rules and policies.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by Production Supervisor of Leadman.
- Keep all partial bags of material sealed.
- Replace missing labels on raw materials.
- Raw materials are placed in the correct location.
- Housekeeping sweeping and moping the racks daily and keeping the oil house organized.
- Follow First In First Out (FIFO) procedures when sending up raw materials.
- Follow all shelf-life procedures.
- Properly empty drums and dispose of them properly
- Complete DOT Hazardous Material Training
- Send up raw materials to blender loaders and compounders
- Pull and prepare raw material distribution orders (DO) for shipment to other Teknor plants.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High School or G.E.D.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
