A Concierge Supervisor serves as a key point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity
The Concierge Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the concierge team ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity. This position requires strong leadership skills exceptional organizational abilities and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
What will I be doing
- Assist in leading and managing the concierge team including training scheduling and performance evaluation. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages team members to excel.
- Ensure that all guest inquiries requests and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Maintain a presence in the lobby to interact with guests and provide personalized service.
- Provide information advice and booking services for a wide variety of Guest enquiries including city tours theatre tickets restaurants doctors flight bookings among others.
- Deliver and safely storage Guest luggage.
- Oversee the coordination of guest services such as transportation event planning and special requests. Ensure seamless communication between departments to meet guest needs.
- Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and tact ensuring satisfactory resolutions. Empower team members to solve problems effectively and independently.
- Assist in the on boarding and continuous training of concierge staff.

Previous experience working as Concierge Supervisor in a hotel environment
