Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking an FAU degree seeking graduate student as an Assistant for Foreign Credential Evaluations - Boca Raton FL.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry grade conversions and GPA calculations of foreign credentials (transcripts)
- Assist with the department email and communicate with applicants regarding their foreign transcript evaluations and additional required documentation.
- Maintain and update the request logs
- Create and update online forms
- Assist with academic document processing: review transcripts and record evaluation requests from the undergraduate and graduate admissions offices.
- Support ISS and CGE with other functions (front desk events general inquiries) as needed.

FAU degree-seeking graduate student with a minimum of five credit hours (or nine if international) and a minimum 3.0 GPA required.
Strong computer skills and workflow automation logic and rules: Microsoft Word Excel Frevo platform
Comfortable working with numbers and calculations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential matters.
Cultural sensitivity in working with international students.
High level of attention to detail.
Outstanding critical thinking and logical skills.
Willingness to tackle new projects.
