WHAT YOULL DO

As a Sales Consultant at MINI of the Main Line youll be at the heart of everything we do creating unforgettable customer experiences while driving your own success.

You will:

  • Follow up on high-quality leads and set appointments through phone email and text

  • Build real connections with clients through needs-based conversations

  • Conduct engaging walk-arounds both in-person and virtually to highlight features and benefits of the MINI lineup

  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection pricing and financing process with confidence

  • Present additional accessories warranties and products to create value

  • Use effective techniques to close deals and deliver excitement

  • Ensure a seamless delivery experience including client education and service process overview

  • Follow up after the sale to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals

  • Partner with the service team for smooth sales-to-service handoffs

  • Stay sharp on MINI inventory tech and trends to match every client with the perfect ride

  • Set personal sales goals and crush them
