As a Sales Consultant at MINI of the Main Line youll be at the heart of everything we do creating unforgettable customer experiences while driving your own success.
You will:
Follow up on high-quality leads and set appointments through phone email and text
Build real connections with clients through needs-based conversations
Conduct engaging walk-arounds both in-person and virtually to highlight features and benefits of the MINI lineup
Guide customers through the vehicle selection pricing and financing process with confidence
Present additional accessories warranties and products to create value
Use effective techniques to close deals and deliver excitement
Ensure a seamless delivery experience including client education and service process overview
Follow up after the sale to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals
Partner with the service team for smooth sales-to-service handoffs
Stay sharp on MINI inventory tech and trends to match every client with the perfect ride
Set personal sales goals and crush them
