Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a per diem basis providing exceptional care directly in patients homes in Goodyear Arizona. This role requires a dedicated professional who is committed to improving patients quality of life through personalized physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions including exercises and stretches aimed at enhancing patients mobility and function.
  • Creating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Arizona.
  • Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
  • Recent Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the past year.
  • Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records including Covid19 Hep B MMR TDaP and Varicella.
  • Valid Drivers License along with auto-insurance.
