Job Summary

| Duties and Responsibilities | Compliance Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly review and audit the organizations technology systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal policies. Policy Development: Develop implement and maintain technology compliance policies and procedures. Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate compliance risks associated with the use of technology within the organization. Incident Management: Investigate compliance breaches manage incidents and implement corrective actions. Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Technology Auditors of regulatory certifications & internal Audits for documentations process walk through and evidence. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities audit findings and corrective actions. Collaboration: Work closely with IT Legal and other departments to ensure a unified approach to technology compliance. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and update compliance programs accordingly. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Engineering / Computer Graduate with 3-5 years of Information Security Governance / IT Compliance Experience/IT Audit in BFSI organization Prior Experience of RBI/SEBI/IRDA Regulatory requirements for Technology Compliances Relevant Certifications like CISA/ISO 27001 LA Prior experience of Implementation & Sustenance of Technology Compliance requirements Working Knowledge of Application & Database Security Domains Good Written and Verbal Communication with Presentation Skills Good Team Player and sound in stakeholder management |
