As a Leisure Club Supervisor at Crerar Hotels you will lead and inspire our leisure team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining high operational standards. With at least one year of managerial experience in the leisure industrypreferably in a hotelyou will bring strong leadership motivation and people skills to the role. Working closely with the Spa & Leisure Manager you will oversee staff rotas budgets and health and safety compliance ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will take a hands-on approach to training staff maintaining club amenities and collaborating with other hotel departments to create a seamless guest experience. With pool plant and first aid training along with a professional and approachable demeanor you will identify and overcome challenges to meet ambitious sales targets. Your passion for the leisure industry and ability to lead by example will make you a key part of our teams success.
