Program Manager- Onsite Position- Defense Electronics
As our Program Manager you will work with the most innovative designers and manufacturers of rugged processing solutions that deliver optimal and reliable performance wherever they are deployed. You will be responsible for the performance of programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies procedures and guidelines.
You will oversee and coordinate multiple projects within a specific program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful execution.
Location: Santa Clarita CA
Salary Range: $ 120700.00 - 160800.00 per year plus bonus.

Your Challenge
Develops and manages comprehensive program plans including project timelines resource allocation and budgets. Ensures alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. (20%)
Defines launches and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. (20%)
Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library communication plans process training etc. (20%)
Oversees program management tasks and develops standards and processes for scheduling administration and accounting. (20%)
Exercises judgment and delegated authority for planning directing coordinating administering and executing many routine and complex projects/programs. (20%)

Possesses project management negotiation transaction structuring internal transaction and strategic planning skills
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DOD Security clearance
Experience in working with the Defense and Aerospace customer community and in serving as a principal point of contact
Must be able to keep team members focused on schedule milestones and objectives and must motivate team members to develop cost effective customer-oriented solutions and approaches.
