Beyond smart job distribution we optimize the entire hiring process by automating job postings improving the candidate experience and integrating directly into applicant tracking systems (ATS). Now were looking for a passionate backend developer to help create seamless and reliable infrastructure!
Tasks
- Develop and enhance our AI-powered recruiting platform (frontend & backend)
- Build new features such as candidate portals practice dashboards and matching algorithms
- Integrate APIs with social media platforms and job boards
- Work on future tools like transcription training apps and online therapy solutions
- Take ownership of code quality testing and scalability
- Collaborate in an agile startup environment short decision paths high impact
Requirements
- You are experienced with the development of SaaS platforms
- Several years of experience in full-stack development (frontend backend)
- Strong skills in at least one modern frontend framework (React Vue or Angular)
- Solid backend experience with Python or similar frameworks
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS GCP or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of databases (SQL NoSQL Supabase)
- Bonus: Interest or experience in AI / Machine Learning
- Startup mindset: hands-on solution-oriented eager to take ownership
- Fluent in English learning German
