Job Summary:
This role involves performing a high volume of MRI exams (30-40 daily) in a Level II Trauma Center setting encompassing various exam types and patient acuity levels. The technologist will work evening shifts (4x10) and will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services while adhering to established protocols and maintaining a safe patient environment. Weekend work is required.

Responsibilities:
- Performing a variety of MRI exams on adult patients with varying acuity levels (ambulatory to total assist).
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation within the Epic system.
- Adhering to established safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- ARRT-CT certification.
- ARRT-MR certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Active Washington State license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital setting supporting Adult Acute Care Adult ICU and ER/Trauma.
- Experience with Epic EMR system.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with neonatal infant pediatric and adolescent patients.
Special Considerations:
- Evening shifts (4x10 hour shifts).
- Weekend work is required.
- No on-call requirements for agency staff although optional.
- No floating between units.
- Block scheduling is not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- 50-mile radius restriction for applicants.
Scheduling:
- Four 10-hour evening shifts per week.
- Weekend work is required.
- Shift assignments are pre-determined. Flexibility for block scheduling is limited.
