Job Description
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user problems map user flows and translate business requirements into effective design solutions. Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma for web and mobile interfaces. Conduct user research usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data. Design UI elements style guides and interaction patterns that align with brand identity. Ensure consistency an d quality across all digital touchpoints and platforms. Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay updated with industry trends tools and best practices in UX/UI design. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Design HCI Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 6 8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma InVision Axure). Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Exposure to tools like Jira Confluence or similar project management platforms
