Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI models that power next-generation enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) prompt engineering and deep learning pipelines. Youll work closely with data scientists product managers and MLOps teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities in regulated and high-impact environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design build fine-tune and optimize foundation models and LLMs (GPT Llama Claude Mistral) for enterprise use cases
- Develop RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone FAISS Weaviate) and embedding models
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve contextual accuracy and reduce hallucinations
- Integrate autonomous agent architectures using Lang Chain AutoGen Crew AI and Semantic Kernel
- Apply fine-tuning techniques such as PEFT LoRa QLoRA and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
- Ensure robust model evaluation using techniques such as perplexity BLEU ROUGE and user feedback
- Work with MLOps teams to deploy monitor and version models using Azure ML SageMaker or Databricks
- Incorporate model safety measures for bias mitigation hallucination reduction and explainability (XAI)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with strategic business goals and compliance standards
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years building and deploying Gen AI / LLM-based solutions
- Strong coding skills in Python PyTorch Hugging Face Transformers and Lang Chain
- Experience in cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock GCP Vertex AI)
- Proficiency in working with NLP models embeddings and vector search mechanisms
- Experience with MLOps lifecycle tools such as Flow Weights & Biases Prompt Layer.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare finance insurance)
- Experience building conversational AI (chatbots Q&A bots summarization tools)
- Understanding of ethical AI principles and Responsible AI implementation.
