Occupational Therapist-approximately 2 days/week (3 sites)

The occupational therapist would service students in grades K-12 that have occupational therapy needs as determined by their individual service plan needs. It would be approximately 2 days at three different school sites. The times they would need to be able to work would vary by the school site hours. Typically the school hours are 8:30-3:30. They would need to be available during these hours.
They would need to be Licensed in the state of Florida
they will need to have a Certification from National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
