Role : Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Location : New Orleans LA (Onsite)
About the Role
Wipro is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Salesforce programs. This position requires deep Salesforce technical expertise combined with strong project management capabilities to oversee solution design integration and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical projects including planning execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture and solutions.
- Oversee Salesforce configuration customization Apex/Lightning development and integration with external systems.
- Manage project timelines budgets resources and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices security and compliance requirements.
- Work with technical teams to conduct code reviews performance tuning and release management.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of relevant new features.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- 8 years IT experience with at least 5 years managing Salesforce technical delivery.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL and API integrations.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado Gearset or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II Application Architect or PMP preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ Marketing Cloud or Field Service.
- Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft Informatica or Dell Boomi.
- Prior experience in large-scale multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
