Keep the cash flowing join my consumer goods client in the Cape Town CBD as Credit Controller (6-month contract)
Were looking for a confident and proactive Credit Controller to join a premium global brand on a 6-month contract. If youre detail-obsessed people-savvy and ready to own key customer accounts this ones for you.
Their team is passionate driven and committed to delivering excellence and they need someone like you to keep their receivables in shape.
What youll be doing:
- Managing a debtors book across major retail clients like Spar Shoprite and Pick n Pay
- Chasing payments resolving queries and ensuring invoices and statements are delivered on time
- Escalating slow-moving accounts and supporting weekly reporting for leadership
- Handling claim processing (including portal-based systems) with accuracy and urgency
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with key clients while keeping a firm hand on collections
What were looking for:
- At least 5 years experience in credit control ideally within FMCG
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a bonus
- Detail-focused with a knack for problem-solving and deadline-driven environments
- Able to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities with confidence
