Base Salary 10% annual target bonus.
Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor and take charge of a fast-paced high-volume automated operation where your leadership makes a direct this role youll oversee the full lifecycle of warehouse operationsfrom receiving and storage to packaging and shippingensuring that goods flow efficiently space is optimized and safety and compliance are top priorities.
What Youll Do
Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing packaging storing and shipping materials supplies and equipment.
Manage inventory accuracy by accounting for all materials auditing incoming goods and maintaining precise records.
Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize workflow and warehouse space utilization.
Ensure operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes safety measures and equipment maintenance.
Lead and mentor a team of support-level associates to meet daily operational goals and maintain high productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated operational issues to keep work on track.
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 5 years in warehouse distribution or logistics operations including at least 3 years in your specific area and 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes safety standards and inventory management.
Proven ability to lead teams set daily objectives and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Skilled at problem-solving and adapting processes to meet operational needs.
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
