What Were Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Strong clinical knowledge and up-to-date nursing practices.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting.
- Confident leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
