This Position reports to:

GBS HR Expert Services Global Mobility M


We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative team member to join our Global Mobility Policy Support this role you will contribute to the documentation analysis education and implementation of global mobility policies across the organization. You will support the Global Mobility team by collecting and synthesizing inputs from country HR teams coordinating policy rollouts and ensuring consistent communication and documentation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious highly organized and eager to learn how global companies manage international assignments cross-border employment and mobility policies.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Policy Research & Analysis
You will gather global mobility policies and practices from country HR teams and business units particularly around foreign permanent hires. You will conduct stakeholder outreach to understand local context and historical rationale compare country-level inputs identify policy gaps or inconsistencies and maintain an organized centralized repository of documentation.

Implementation & Education Support
You will assist in developing clear communication materials (e.g. presentations FAQs) coordinate training sessions and stakeholder meetings document feedback and follow-up actions and support change management activities. Youll also ensure all internal platforms reflect the most current policy information.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
You will work closely with the Global Mobility team and HR colleagues worldwide to ensure knowledge sharing and alignment. You will contribute to cross-functional projects involving tax legal and compliance and help identify areas that require clarification or education.

To be successful in this role you bring:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • The ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources

  • Comfort working with global stakeholders across regions and time zones

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work

  • A strong interest in international HR global mobility or cross-border projects

Preferred (but not required) qualifications:

  • Studies or experience in HR international business communications or project coordination

  • Familiarity with policy writing internal documentation or knowledge management

  • Experience in an international or matrixed corporate environment

Location & Work Style:
This is a remote role with flexible working arrangements. Youll collaborate with global HR and mobility teams across different regions.
