Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

A Customer Service Assistant is the first point of contact for clients ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met in a professional and efficient this role you will support our customers by providing helpful information resolving issues and maintaining strong client relationships that reflect the excellence of Style Netbox.
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and in person with professionalism.
Provide accurate information regarding company services and products.
Assist clients with order placements billing inquiries and service requests.
Maintain updated client records in the company system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Monitor and follow up on open issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Support administrative tasks related to client accounts and service.
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
