Location: Fernley NV
Schedule: MondayFriday 5:00 AM 1:30 PM(Hours subject to change; overtime may be required)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworkingFacility Cleanup & Forklift Operator to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves manual labor facility cleanup and forklift operation. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious physically capable and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine sweeping and general cleanup throughout the facility.
- Collect and dispose of trash and scrap materials using barrel dumpers and other equipment.
- Safely operate a forklift to transport waste and materials to designated bins.
- Lift and handle scrap materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license required.
- Forklift experience required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing walking bending kneeling squatting and reaching.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust noise and varying temperatures.
Work Environment & PPE
- Work is performed indoors and may involve exposure to industrial equipment and scrap materials.
- Steel-toe boots long pants and a shirt are required.
- All other PPE will be provided by the company.
