JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Smeal College of Business Marketing Department is seeking applicants for part-time job of teaching assistant for MKTG 450W for the fall semester.
Job duties to include:
TA for MKTG450W- Marketing Strategy in the Fall 2025 Semester.
Duties include grading assignments creating quizzes and helping the instructor with a marketing simulation as well as other duties as assigned by the supervising instructor.
Requirements qualifications and/or competencies:
Ideal candidates would have completed MKTG 450 prior to this semester.
Academic integrity and the ability to maintain student confidentiality is required.
In addition candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills be reliable and organized and have good time management skills.
Hours will be cynical with exams and assignment due dates.
Candidates are expected to be present for a few in-person classes throughout the semester so it is important that there are no scheduling conflicts with at least one of the sections. The class schedule for each section is provided below (all classes in the Business Building or near by building):
First section: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:05-10:20 AM
Second section: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:35-11:50 AM
Third section: Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:05-1:20 PM
