Salary: $65000$75000 (DOE) Full Benefits Professional Development Support
Schedule: Flexible MF Hybrid Regional Travel to EMPOWER Locations:

  • New Bern
  • Elizabeth City
  • Ahoskie
  • Greenville
  • Morehead City
  • Wilmington

Youll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What Youll Do

  • Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
  • Train and mentor staff DSPs and supervisors in ABA best practices.
  • Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER ICS ABA) to maximize outcomes.
  • Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC.
  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred).
    • 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
    • Experience delivering behavior-focused training to staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational time management and follow-up abilities.
  • Must meet qualifications as required by funding sources.
  • Current valid drivers license with unrestricted driving privileges and proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff participants and families in various settings including homes community environments and offices.
