Developer

Develop and maintain backend services and applications using .NET Core and C#.

Build web applications using MVC or Core frameworks.

Design implement and consume RESTful APIs microservices and event-driven architectures.

Perform database development and management using SQL Server / T-SQL and Azure SQL.

Implement ORM solutions using Entity Framework and Dapper.

Write unit and integration tests using xUnit/NUnit with preferred experience in Jasmine and Karma.

Utilize containerization tools including Docker and manage cloud services such as Azure Functions Azure Queue Azure Storage Azure Container Registry and Key Vault.

Develop front-end components with HTML CSS JavaScript and Angular 14; preferred experience with jQuery and Bootstrap.

Ensure responsive mobile-first design and adherence to design patterns and SOLID principles.

Apply digital accessibility best practices ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA Section 508 and ADA standards.

Optimize applications for platform accessibility features across HTML iOS and Android.

Collaborate with Technical Leads and Application Architects to implement features troubleshoot issues and document code.

Incorporate accessibility tests into the development process and ensure compliance is part of the definition of done.

Support occasional in-person onboarding meetings or training as required.

8 years of .NET Core and C# for building backend services and applications

8 years of MVC or Core for building web applications

8 years of SQL Server / T-SQL with recent experience in Azure SQL

8 years of APIs and Integration including RESTful APIs microservices and event-driven architecture

8 years with testing frameworks: xUnit/NUnit; preferred experience with Jasmine and Karma

8 years working with ORMs such as Entity Framework and Dapper

8 years with containerization; preferred experience with Docker

Experience optimizing for the accessibility features of the platform (HTML iOS Android)

Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards

2 years experience with AngularJS Ruby on Rails PostgreSQL
