CNA Nights 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM 36/48 Float MSH (CNA or BHT)
Complete Description:
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our Float Pool specializing in Adult Psychiatric care. This role requires flexibility strong clinical skills and expertise in de-escalation techniques.
Shift Requirements:
Prefer open shift availability
Float Pool assignment
Experience in Adult Psychiatric facilities required
Highly skilled in de-escalation
Required for Submission:
Completed prescreen form

Two professional references
Skills checklist
State certification/licensure
BLS certification
CPI certification (if already obtained)
Drivers license
Position Overview:
The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe supportive and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with hygiene (bathing oral care dressing)
Performing health-related tasks (vital signs specimen collection emergency assistance)
Transporting residents to appointments and providing needed assistance
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Montana CNA certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a psychiatric facility
CPI certification (highly desired)
At least 1 year of travel contract experience (preferred)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to make accurate observations and maintain proper documentation
Ability to develop and maintain positive cooperative working relationships with peers and supervisors
Basic knowledge of personal hygiene practices

Skilled in crisis prevention and de-escalation

48 Hours Per Week
$10.50 Hourly taxable
$20.75 OT Hourly taxable (initial 8 hrs)
$46.50 OT Hourly taxable (after 48 hrs)
$359.00 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free)
