Job Description
Residential Security Officer
Schedule: Part-time/ Flex/ Seasonal
12-24 hours a week (must have weekend availability)
Shift:11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
7:45 PM - 11:45 PM
8:00 PM - 1:00 AM
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Locations:Northshore MA (Revere Everett Somerville Malden Medford)
Pay range: $18.00-$19.00 hourly (based on experience)

Job Description:
As a DedicatedSecurity Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of residential buildings client assets and personnel.
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing peace of mindby being a visible and active security presence.
- Conduct randomize foot patrols of the property and key areas.
- Respondto dispatches alarms and emergencysituations.
- Writing detailed incident reports tour reports and summary logs.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents guests and staff.
- Communicating and collaborating with local emergency service when required.
Requirements :

- Independent and team player skills.
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
- Vigilant observant and detail oriented
- Self-disciplined.
- Ability to de-escalate conflict.
